This website
This website is a static site. It does not use cookies and does not run analytics, advertising or third-party tracking. It has no forms and no user accounts, and we do not collect personal information through it.
Like any website, it is delivered by a hosting provider. This site is served by Firebase Hosting, a service of Google. Google processes standard technical request data on our behalf as our data processor — such as your IP address, the requested URL, the referring page and the time of the request — in order to deliver the site and protect it against abuse and attacks. We process this on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating a secure website. How long Google retains this data, and the safeguards it applies, are described in Google's privacy policy and Firebase privacy and security documentation.
Our apps
Our mobile applications are separate products and have their own privacy policies. BrickSurge — our inventory tool for BrickLink sellers — collects and processes information as described in its policy: BrickSurge privacy policy. That policy also lists the third-party services the app uses, the legal bases for processing, data retention and your rights.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data, such as the right to access, correct or delete it, or to object to or restrict certain processing. For requests relating to our apps, see the relevant app's privacy policy. For anything relating to this website, contact contact@genesislabsab.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new last-updated date on this page.
